In classic Greek mythology, Menelaus was a legendary King of Sparta and a figure of classical courage, devotion and kingly honour. Upon this antique ring, his image is depicted in carved hardstone and encircled in with a generous 15-carat gold setting and wide shank. Made circa 1820, the ring's style, symbolism, and antique craftsmanship makes for a magical, mythical piece of antiquity to treasure now and forever.
