SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Blue Jean Baby offers complimentary insured shipping on all orders, within the UK and internationally.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked and fully insured service appropriate to the value of the jewellery. A signature may be required on delivery.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are sent via DHL Express or another trusted, fully insured courier service where appropriate. All shipments are tracked and insured, and a signature may be required on delivery.

International delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch, although delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Blue Jean Baby has no control over these charges or any delays caused by customs authorities.

Antique pieces more than 100 years old may qualify for duty-free entry into certain countries, including the United States, where applicable. Qualifying pieces will be accurately described on the relevant customs documentation.

INSURANCE & DELIVERY

All jewellery is carefully packaged and insured while in transit. Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.
