Blue Jean Baby is pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders.

UK Delivery

All mainland UK orders are delivered free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your jewellery on its way to you.

A signature may be required on delivery.

International Delivery

International orders are sent free of charge via DHL Express or another trusted international carrier.

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days. International deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 working days following dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please be aware that customs procedures can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided following dispatch, and a signature may be required on delivery.

Insurance

Your jewellery will be carefully packaged and sent using an appropriately tracked and insured service.

Your order is insured while in transit to the delivery address provided with your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs charges, tariffs, VAT or other taxes and fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
