Rows of richly textured gold twist and zigzag across the finger, catching the light at every angle and giving the ring its wonderfully substantial, almost sculptural presence. The warmth of the old 9-carat gold only makes all that texture better.

Keeper rings were originally designed with a practical purpose: to be worn alongside other rings to help keep them safely in place. Over time, the name took on more romance - a ring given to someone considered to be, quite simply, a keeper.
