These antique garnet earrings are exquisite examples of Victorian jewellery.  Crafted in the mid-to-late 1800's, the earrings are made of high carat gold roped and twisted around one large round and one large oval cabochon garnet each.  The garnets are a rich, deep red colour in some lights and a bright cherry red in others complimenting the warm gold detailing of the settings.  They are in exquisite antique condition and would make a wonderful addition to your jewellery collection.
